Cancellation Policy
1. Operating Hours: Our massage services are available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please ensure to arrive on time for your appointment to fully enjoy your experience. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: To provide the best experience for all our guests, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. 4. Health Considerations: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. 5. Payment Policy: Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
