Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: All tours must be booked and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the tour will be subject to a 50% charge. 3. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. 4. Weather & Safety: Tours may be subject to weather conditions. If we need to cancel due to safety reasons, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the tour at no additional cost. 5. Health & Safety Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities included in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions prior to booking. 6. Liability: Yes Surf Siargao is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
